Job Description
We are now looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) for the Netherlands and Belgium as part of our geniune and ambitious B2B Sales Team.
- Proactive customer engagement based on defined campaigns and establishing Lampenwelt as a core supplier in the European market
- Qualification and handling of all incoming customer inquiries
- Negotiation and completion of projects in collaboration with our lighting design experts
- Development of creative concepts for customer engagement, also in collaboration with the B2B marketing team
- Business development within your area of responsibility
- Preparation of offers and processing of orders
Qualifications
- Very good Dutch language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
- German skills are an advantage but not a must
- Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
- Ideally 2-3 years of experience in telephone or personal sales
- Resilience and a high degree of self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
