Job Description

We are now looking for an Account Manager (f/m/d) for the Netherlands and Belgium as part of our geniune and ambitious B2B Sales Team. 
 
Where your expertise is needed...
  • Proactive customer engagement based on defined campaigns and establishing Lampenwelt as a core supplier in the European market
  • Qualification and handling of all incoming customer inquiries
  • Negotiation and completion of projects in collaboration with our lighting design experts
  • Development of creative concepts for customer engagement, also in collaboration with the B2B marketing team
  • Business development within your area of responsibility
  • Preparation of offers and processing of orders

What will help you to master future challenges...
  • Very good Dutch language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
  • German skills are an advantage but not a must
  • Professional, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in telephone or personal sales
  • Resilience and a high degree of self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
