Job description

We are now looking for a B2B Sales Account Manager (f/m/d) for the Czech and Slovak market as part of our genuine and ambitious B2B sales team.

 

Where your expertise is needed

  • Proactive customer engagement based on defined sales campaigns and positioning Lampenwelt as a core supplier in the European market
  • Qualification, handling and follow-up of all incoming customer inquiries
  • Negotiation and successful completion of projects in collaboration with our lighting design experts
  • Development of creative concepts for customer engagement, also in collaboration with the B2B marketing team
  • Business development within your defined market and customer portfolio
  • Preparation of offers and end-to-end processing of customer orders
  • Achievement of clearly defined monthly sales targets, supported by transparent tracking and performance-based incentives

Qualifications

What will help you to master future challenges

  • Native-level Czech or Slovak language skills and fluent in English
  • German skills are an advantage but not a requirement
  • A professional and positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience in telephone or personal sales (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong results orientation with the ability to work towards monthly targets in a structured and self-driven manner
  • High level of resilience, self-responsibility, initiative, and commitment
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook, experience with Salesforce is an advantage
